If you are a current Application Security, Inc. customer, you can search our Product Knowledgebase by logging into this Customer Self-Service Portal. You can also create cases and check the status of any open case.
If you are a new customer, the Support Certificate you received when you purchased an Application Security, Inc. product includes a Primary and Secondary user. These users are eligible to access the Self-Service Portal. They will receive their account information in an email when the license is delivered.
