HERMEY THE ELF
A disgruntled database administrator in the IT department of Santa’s Workshop, Hermey has often been thought of as a malcontent
and is known to openly share his angry feelings toward Santa Claus and upper management. Hermey’s complaints have intensified as of
late and he has expressed feeling overworked, underpaid and under-appreciated. Recent rants have included plans to leave the
organization to pursue a career in dentistry.
Best Known For: Wanting to be a dentist, not fitting in

THE GRINCH
World renowned for his devious, anti-Christmas antics, recent rumors have been circulating that The Grinch plans to launch a South
Pole-based business to compete directly with Santa’s Workshop. The Grinch has repeatedly attempted to disrupt the operations of
Santa’s Workshop, only to see his efforts thwarted each time. Using progressively advanced and persistent attack plots, The Grinch
poses a real threat to all he opposes. He and his highly skilled cohorts are very organized and well funded.
Best Known For: Hatred of all joyous holidays, heart being two sizes too small.
Known Associates: Ebenezer Scrooge, Mr. Potter, Cindy Lou Who, Jim Carrey.
Possible Motive: Proven jealousy of Santa’s thriving business model and prior attempts to get a hold of The Workshop’s crown
jewels to build an empire of his own by any means possible. |

ANONYMOUS
This “hacktivist” group stormed on to the scene in 2011 with numerous high-profile, thought-provoking protests launched in the form of data breaches that were later publicly revealed to illustrate a point. Sticking up for the underdog, the Group has been
tied to alternative holiday groups seeking to do business with Santa’s Workshop that have found themselves shut out of the thought
to be monopolistic North Pole culture. Recent Tweets and Facebook postings from the Group promise to take action, but the threats
have been scoffed at by The Workshop’s IT security team…until now.
Best Known For: Promoting internet freedom, freedom of speech
