An Oracle proof-of-concept worm was posted on the full disclosure mailing list on October 31, 2005. Although harmless today, we may see new variances of it soon.
A full analysis of the worm contains information on protecting against potential propagation of the worm - most of which are basic and best practice standards - such as disabling and changing default passwords.
