IBM DB2 UDB Arbitrary code execution in ADMIN_SP_C/ADMIN_SP_C2 procedures

This vulnerability was discovered and researched by Martin Rakhmanov of Application Security Inc.

Details:
By using ADMIN_SP_C/ADMIN_SP_C2 procedures, an attacker may be able to execute arbitrary code.
The ADMIN_SP_C/ADMIN_SP_C2 procedures are installed by default.
ADMIN_SP_C2 is not available on 8.2.

Impact:
Any low privileged user can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.

Vendor Status:
Vendor was contacted and a patch was released.

Fix:
To fix the problem apply the FP16(v8), FP4a(v9.1) and FP1(v9.5):
