IBM DB2 on the Mainframe - NEW CHECKS
User-Defined Checks
- New feature that allows users to write your own audit checks in SQL code in order to add depth to your existing corporate information security policies. Support for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle is available.
Remediation Scripts
- New feature that arms users with the ability to generate a built-in remediation script to fix a discovered vulnerability. Support for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle is available.
Risk Level Modification
- New feature that allows users to modify the risk level of a vulnerability.
Management Level Vulnerability Reporting
- New feature that provides users a high-level dashboard with graphs that outline alerts by risk level and alerts by security check category.
Check Point SmartCenter Integration
- New feature that allows users to integrate AppDetective data with Check Point's SmartCenter.
Web Applications - NEW CHECKS
- Discovery Enhancements - New identification detection for IBM WebSphere and BEA Weblogic
- Command Line Support - Enhancements for improved functionality running AppDetective for Web Applications via command line
- Cross-site Scripting and SQL Injection Check Enhancements - Improvements to allow for multiple strings when running checks
- Web Services - New check added
- BEA WebLogic Support - New support for in-depth assessment of the security posture of a web application on BEA WebLogic.
