Jack Hembrough
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jack rejoined the company in 2011. He led Application Security, Inc., as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board from inception through 2008. During his hiatus, Jack ran VaporStream, a patented, confidential messaging service. In the past, Jack ran sales at Authentica, an application encryption software venture, and at SafeNet, Inc. a publicly traded encryption technology company that provided chips and software to fuel the VPN equipment marketplace.

Jack was also the 14th employee of Raptor Systems, one of the first firewall companies. At Raptor, Jack built the global sales channels. After Raptor IPO’d, Jack was installed as the Vice President/General Manager European Operations, and created Raptor's European organization in Amsterdam. Jack has held sales management positions with Network Systems and with Motorola / Codex, and flew jets in the USAF.

Jack earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the United States Air Force Academy.
